About Us

Picture

Polynova Materials, LLC has been formed this year, 2013, to bring formulated polymeric resins, fiber, and fabrics to the molding and composites industries.  Our combined experience of formulating polymers of many types and our history in the composites businesses makes this start-up appear to be a company with a fifty year history.

Our intention is to solve problems, be they old or new.  For instance we are introducing NyPURE®, a two part liquid amide/urethane hybrid system that can solve problems that you weren't quite able to do with either polymer family, and, or this product could allow you to get into entirely new applications.

Parts made from NyPURE® will be oil resistant, abrasion resistant, high strength, impact resistant, flex resistance, weather resistant, corrosion resistant, light weight, and long lasting.  Polynova Materials, LLC can also offer NyPURE® as fire resistant, and, or semi conductive to your specification.  Polynova Materials, LLC is a custom formulator of materials, and can fit a material to your particular needs, to move you beyond your current limitations.

NyPURE® is intended for applications such as composite pipe, pipe coatings, front end loader bucket, large scale mining dumper, intake manifold, front end fascia, car roof, fender, hood, chassis, bridge & building girder, and other transportation, energy, & construction applications.

Polynova Materials offers NyPURE® in a large range of performances tailored tailored to your particular product application needs.  We work with you to understand your product and your process and or processes.  We team with you so you can meet your product process and price points quicker and on time, so you can realize supplying your customers faster than doing it alone.
